Munchpak - October Edition

Munchpak is an American monthly subscription service that offers snacks from around the world delivered to your door! Munchpak is available in three different sizes, Munchpak Mini which includes 5+ snacks, Munchpak Original which includes 10+ snacks and FamilyPak containing 20+ snacks.

Myself and my boyfriend have been ordering from Munchpak since June, we think it's great and something that can be enjoyed every Month by both of us!
So this is what was inside our box this month!

Haribo Starmix & Hello Panda
Haribo Starmix - Originally from Germany but really common in the UK so this item wasn't too exciting, even though the pack we received seemed to be the Turkish version. They're different flavoured gummy sweets in different shapes, like a pick 'n' mix of all gummy sweets. I'm not overly found of Haribo as they tend to hurt my jaw, but I can't resist the clear gummy bears and hearts, they are the nicest sweet in there!

Hello Panda in strawberry cream - Small puffed biscuits in the shape of a panda head, filled with a strawberry cream filling and printed with a cute panda on the front! These come in different flavours and I have had the chocolate cream before and they were really good, but the strawberry were slightly too sweet and artificial tasting, they tasted a little like strawberry milkshake. Very similar to Koala's March that I have tried before from a previous Munchpak. These were okay, but the chocolate flavour will always be the best flavour.

Sesame Sticks - Probably the most boring item this month, bread sticks covered in toasted sesame seeds, I imagine these would be good with some dips but without they're nothing special.

Nutymax & Ferrero Rocher

Ferrero Rocher - One of the less exciting items this month as these are everywhere in the UK, they're a more luxurious chocolate, and they are really tasty! It's a sphere of wafer covered in chocolate and crushed hazelnuts, filled with a hazelnut cream and at the very centre is a full hazelnut.

Nutymax in Hazlenut - I'm pretty sure that this is the second time that we've received a Nutymax bar, they're extremely similar to a Kinder Bueno, a wafer covered in chocolate with a creamy nutty centre. I believe it's from Turkey and it also looks like it's available in different nut flavours! I really like these and would love to try the pistachio flavour.

Salsitas - Now these were something worth talking about. It's a tortilla chip with a salsa flavour, they tasted and smelt amazing, if these were available in the UK I'd eat them regularly. These are American, and I liked them so much I'd hunt them out if I went to America! The dips in the chip.

Hi-Chew, Date Filled Cookie Bar, Cremino & Carlos V
Carlos V - Another small chocolate bar, this one was made by Nestle. This is a product of Mexico and my only real thoughts on it where that it was really hard chocolate, I'd like to try other Mexican chocolate in the future to see if it was similar.

Date Filled Cookie Bar  - This is from Saudi Arabia so I don't actually know the name of this product because I can't read Arabic script. As the name explains, it's a date filled cookie bar, a bit like a date flavoured Nutri-Grain bar. I didn't like this one bit.

Hi-Chew Grape - I wasn't sure when we opened these if they were just chewy sweets or bubble gum, they seemed to melt away after some chewing so I'm guessing sweets. Grape isn't a flavour we really have in England so I always try grape flavoured things, even though I know it'll be a little bit too sweet for my taste. These were okay, but too sweet, the texture was really different to anything I've had before, chewy but not sticky.

Cremino Stick - This is a really small layered chocolate bar from Mexico, there's nothing in the UK that it could really be compared to, it's about 1cm wide and 10cm long. The bottom and top layer are milk chocolate and the middle was a white chocolate. I wasn't a huge fan of this as the chocolate didn't taste very sweet.

Cheetos roasted corn flavour - Like the other crisps we got these were also really good, these are from Indonesia which I thought was really cool, I've never tried anything from that part of the world before. Crisps that taste like sweetcorn, very weird, nice but very weird.

My favourite thing this month had to be Salsitas tortilla chips!

My least favourite thing was the date cookie bar!
